I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media platforms as well as in my personal portfolio (unless stated otherwise.) Without my permission, you are not permitted to change, trace or edit my work in any manner. By commissioning me you agree to terms above and below. Breaking any of our rules, will result in cancelation and refusal of future projects.

| Unless you're allowing me creative freedom, please include as much detail as possible about your character and example poses. Free revisions are during sketches only. Revisions after that will cost extra. Approval will always be needed before I move to the next stage of the commission. |

| When you buy emotes from me, you get complete copyright to the art, which means you can use them on twitch (or any other emote related platform) and discord channels for free. You cannot resell the commission as merchandise, or gain any kind of royalties. (subscription based royalties are excluded.) |

| Rush Orders | 50% of total commission price. (TCP) |
| Commercial Fee | 100% of TCP + $$ varies for project size. |
| Revision Fee | $5.00 for major / $2.50 for minor revisions. |
| Paypal Fee | 5% of TCP to wave paypal fees. |
| ♡ Payment Information — |

| Payments are processed through PayPal, and I will send you an invoice before I begin your commission. It must be paid in full, and an additional 5% fee will be added to your standard commission price. This is due to the transfer fee charged by PayPal. |
| ♡ Refunds — |

| Due to issues with refunding, I do not give out refunds once the invoices are paid out. The only times I will issue any kind of refund is if I cannot complete your project. |
